Tae gets kidnapped and reunites with his brother. Tae wants to leave the place with his brother but Jae really doesn’t give af where he is because he’s getting the king treatment from his future lover. Tae calls Ilay from a guard’s phone, gets beaten up by guard, Ilay shows up and blows up the place. Twink top (idk his name) also shows up but he promises Tae that he will let Tae stay with his brother(Jae) so Tae goes with Twink instead. Ilay big mad. Tae and Ilay became wanted international terrorists and turns out Twink just wanted to keep Tae for himself (who could’ve guessed???) so Tae leaves to be with Ilay by trying to catch a flight at the airport but Ilay was a step ahead and found Tae. Ilay takes Tae to hotel to grape him and Tae tries to explain that he was going to back Ilay but he can’t because he’s gagged. Tae finally explains, Ilay goes whoopsie daisy and continues to grape Tae, Tae goes ‘wtf I still love this guy even though he’s destroying my ashole (without consent)’ and goes along with Ilay.
There’s a lot of stuff I’m missing, it’s been a while since I finished the book.
The End (there’s side stories)
I heard about a scene that happened in Frankfurt, where Ilay thought Taeui to be in Berlin’s or smth and he hurt him unknowingly. Ilay had nightmares afterwards, my question is tho, which chapter exactly or Novel does go into detail about what happened in Frankfurt? I only got to read the Prologue which went a bit into it, but apparently there is a lot more, so if you got any clue, pls lemme know (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
The scene you’re talking about happens in Diaphonic Symphonia — so i think it won’t be covered in the manhwa since its not part of the Passion main story. I can explain more details about it:
.
.
.
Jaeui (Taeui’s brother) was supposed to attend a summit in frankfurt. At that time, Chang-in asked Taeui to act as & register for the event on Jaeui’s behalf in the meantime (bc his flight was delayed or something). And so, when Tae entered his hotel room he got ambushed & lost consciousness at the door. He wakes up in a room with his limbs bound and mouth gagged, is interrogated, and right when the people are about to leave the room he lunges at them and gets beaten up as a result— but he managed to snatch a lighter from one of them. He used the lighter to burn away the restraints around his legs (charring his skin in the process - ouch.) He leaves the room and turns out there’s a lot of gunfire happening in the building he was kidnapped in. To put it simply, Taeui got kidnapped because he was mistaken for Jaeui, and at that moment there were two different forces trying to reach “Jaeui” at that point— one of them being Ilay, whose intention was actually to kill Jaeui, wielding a long knife and killing whoever got in his way. Tae and Ilay cross paths eventually, but because the building’s power went out and it was nighttime, Ilay couldn’t see that it was actually Taeui in front of him + since Tae’s mouth was blocked by the gag, he couldn’t correct him either. All Tae could do was run away from Ilay, colliding into doors in the process since it was dark. A funny part of this scene is that at some point, as he’s cornered, Tae lands a good kick at Ilay’s crotch and Ilay’s response to it was like oh there’s no use in doing that, your brother would cry if i can’t use this part anymore—meanwhile taeui is just internally screaming at him for even saying thattt LMAO. But anyways, he gets really close to being killed by Ilay, literally knife-against-his-throat close, but then they get interrupted by a character, a scuffle happens between ilay and that guy, and then two other characters arrive with flashlights in hand— and only when the light shines on them, did Ilay finally see that it was Taeui he almost killed. He really could’ve killed Tae if he was a little more serious about killing Jaeui. But the memory of that night in Frankfurt haunts Ilay’s nightmares for a long while after that, and this is only addressed and resolved in the Passion side of Suite, which comes after Diaphonic Symphonia.
There’s obviously more to the scene that i didn’t explain like:
-who those 3 characters that appeared in the scene (one of them is christoph)
-why ppl were trying to kidnap “jaeui”
Etc.
But yeah i guess read the novel for more details bc i ain’t explaining allat (i say as i literally explained so much earlier…)
Thank you for the summary. Appreciate it a lot (▰˘◡˘▰) And yes Ilays kind of speak is quite hilarious sometimes. Can you maybe sent me a link to that part? Or do you know in which exact volume it happens? I read the wrong novel it seems, (the one after, basically with Ilay having nightmares about it), but I also didn’t see that part in Diaphonic symphonia. Maybe I scrolled way too fast while looking for it. I mean I found only 4 volumes anyway, but there are 5 or 6 right?
People who read the novel, please give spoilers
I’m begging on my knees
