Tae gets kidnapped and reunites with his brother. Tae wants to leave the place with his brother but Jae really doesn’t give af where he is because he’s getting the king treatment from his future lover. Tae calls Ilay from a guard’s phone, gets beaten up by guard, Ilay shows up and blows up the place. Twink top (idk his name) also shows up but he promises Tae that he will let Tae stay with his brother(Jae) so Tae goes with Twink instead. Ilay big mad. Tae and Ilay became wanted international terrorists and turns out Twink just wanted to keep Tae for himself (who could’ve guessed???) so Tae leaves to be with Ilay by trying to catch a flight at the airport but Ilay was a step ahead and found Tae. Ilay takes Tae to hotel to grape him and Tae tries to explain that he was going to back Ilay but he can’t because he’s gagged. Tae finally explains, Ilay goes whoopsie daisy and continues to grape Tae, Tae goes ‘wtf I still love this guy even though he’s destroying my ashole (without consent)’ and goes along with Ilay.
There’s a lot of stuff I’m missing, it’s been a while since I finished the book.

I haven't read but was tempted to because of all the hype. but reading this gives me a headache

LOL ICONIC. i think anyone who wants like actual romantic iltae development and character development for ilay (sort of…) needs to stick around for the second book (richard will make ilay look like a saint in comparison LOL)
lowkey hated reading about them tbh… I skipped through like half of that book☠

kristoff (christophe)? i loved him lmfao honestly this is just my personal taste but even with richard being an absolute donut rihakri was more interesting to me than iltae
idk I wasn’t so thrilled about being introduced to new characters so I didn’t rlly like them all that much… tho I also dislike side couples that distract from the main couple tbh,,

Taeui found out that Ilay said to some old T&R riot team members that he made sure that his semen didn’t dry up between Taeui’s legs for a month to see what would happen (aka tried for a month to get taeui pregnant helpp)
I hate richbastard x christoph with a passion (ahaha pun but anyways) samee— idgaf i hate him.. he’s a worse ilay but lowk part of it has to do with christoph’s character.. chris is much more vulnerable & inexperienced in relationships, unlike taeui, so it’s even harder to read ;-; bruhhh
so real,, I just wish the author hadn’t even come up with that dynamic☠ if it was a way to paint ilay in a better light, ig pop off ? ☠

hmm i would say it’s like a 55 to 45 split between iltae (55) and rihakri (45). maybe even more toward the iltae side (like 60-40), and taeui is like the main narrator for a majority of the novel
