Assuming you’re talking about chapter 83, isn’t the beastman at the end the one who was in the Temple’s basement and in charge of producing (or distributing) the Hathar drug? He was so sure that he’d caught Ayrin in dragon form, but that went awry. I don’t have proof, but his hair looks to be the right color. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
