I disagree, i thought it ended very well. I don't know many, if any, manga with such dark undertones that end with the seme apologizing for what he did and the both of them dating happily ever after, whats so great too is that Minjae didn't JUST forgive him, he did throw everything that happened in Hyeonjo's face and even hit him. The rape scene was bad, but Minjae loves Hyeonjo and decided that that matters more than his hurt feelings. It's my personal opinion that for an ending to be good it doesn't necessarily HAVE to be sad or horrific.
