yeah i agree. the blonde guy had a mid character arch. we don’t even know why he needed this affection from other women so bad. it kinda pushed a weird narrative of like “women don’t have personality but you’re so sincere and different”… idk rubbed me the wrong way
Dropped this after chapter 11, because I came here by the "yandere" tag and was in the mood to read about a successful romance with a yandere (that's my mood this month - I'm looking for a story where I'll be shown a convincing and suddenly non-toxic one with a yandere, I believe in miracles, so to speak).
Here we are offered a story of "a womanizer with a so-so character met a naive girl afraid of men, put a lot of effort into her, realized that a woman can have a personality, suddenly improved and fell in love."
And I'm one of those who always root for a love interest who "I've always loved you, much earlier than all of them" and decided not to break my heart.
