Personally, it's kinda sad that people don't understand why Piljoo is still letting his ex manipulate him. You have to remember that he spent most of his life with him and it's hard to just let everything go at once, a few months isn't just going to make him ignore him completely even with all the bs he was dragged through. Not to mention that Piljoo used to be madly in love with the guy and that's why he keeps being swayed because of lingering feelings despite him loving the ml.
At least Piljoo is trying to set up boundaries, even though he is bad at it.
