A Fantasy setting, So basically he went to a store that sells jewelry but he's so pretty so the other women in the store puts hairpins in his hair and makes him more pretty, and then a fight between children happened and so he protected the kid with a blue hair who was ganged up by the others and the kid turned to a snake and climed to him hiding in his clothes and then an explosion happened and the top? (emperor ish) came i also remember a scene where his heat came and he dragged the emperor inside his chamber and another man and then he overpowered both people and so the emperor was just surprised i guess that someone dared do that to him, and so basically the emperor was hiding a chamber too with a body on the tree that's all i remember
