honestly from the chapter we got a glimpse of him. i thought that he was lonely and regretted his actions. the way he looked at the two boys who were friends before turning away in silence (i think he had headphones in) made it seem like he had a grim realization or memory. or maybe he's just still feeling betrayal. idk but it was enough for me

I think OP your post doesn’t match the actual story lol Minwoo was never in love with Skylar. He simply saw Skylar as a friend. The whole “love” thing is simply in your delulu head.
Canon information is a lot different: Minwoo saw Skylar like his besties, brother etc and he felt betrayed by Skylar’s romantic interest in him. However Minwoo chose to be cruel to him and his karma is loneliness.
Can we please see Minwoo regretting his cruel and evil behavior toward Skyler to the point of utter despair? I want him to realize he was (and is) in love with Skyler but can’t have him anymore because Skyler now belongs to Cirrus.
