Who's the purple haired hottie priest I can't remember him

He showed up briefly as a priest of a religion that is spreading through the common folk as they distribute food on the slums

Thank u kind soul, its been a while since I last read this and have forgotten the early chapters already

He didn't have much screen time he just briefly appeared in the first few episodes...and I think he is yet to be given like a formal backstory/introduction as a character... Will ses that in the future chapters probably ...

I didn’t want to say more in case I was wrong, but I think he was kind of an asshole. It’s beyond not being a love interest. It would be best if somebody confirmed, because I read that part of the novel a long time ago.
