1. The memory plot is that Eve lost his memory in the beginning since they don’t need espers anymore, and, since Eve is dangerous, they erased his memory. But, Adam is starting to think he also had some of his memories wiped since he’s recalling things he doesn’t remember happening.
2. yes, Eve did lose his memories in the beginning of the story.
3. No, Eve hasn’t gotten his memories back. But, he’s starting to have nightmares of the past.
4. Right now, it’s a flashback. Adam went to Iseah or whatever his name is to help him recall his forgotten memories.

eve didn't get his memory wiped by somebody else, he erased them himself (and supposedly lost his mind reading ability) for some reason implied to be related to adam
