Depends the context but usually it's the 2d version
Usually the drawn version, but in some cases like Mo dao zu shi I immediately think of the Live action when talking about it. Practically whichever gives me the most impact.
Say... you're reading a manga/manhua/manhwa and then you watch the live adaptation of it. I wonder, if we're talking about a character. In your head, is it the character that being drawn or the face of the actor (LA)?
