I really really wanna recommend sss-class suicide hunter to you.

It's a little bit like ORV
There's an one arc which focuses on romance but it's the best written romance I have ever fuckin seen in any action manhwa I've ever read ever. Not like some annoying fmc cuz this character only gets introduced when the arc starts and hasn't reappeared after the arc ended.

Other than that I love the story and the action is pretty great

For actual non romance tho
Mercenary enrollment
Sword masters youngest son
S classes that I raised
Are the only good ones I can think of that don't have romance
