    You mean the unreliable neglectful parent she wants nothing to do with? Jeeez, I wonder why she didn’t go to him. Honestly, why should she? He’s not even her only option.

    In this moment, it’s not about her. She is trying to report a crime. It would be easier for her to go to the person in charge. I never claimed he was her only option; I merely suggested that he should have been her first choice since he is the emperor.

    Yeah, I get what u mean, I can’t say that didn’t pass my mind too, but honestly? The more I think about it the more I think she made the right decision. She wants nothing to do with him, and even though it’s not about her, it somewhat is her issue to solve as it’s her uncle. Going to the emperor may seem like depending on him/asking for help. She has a ML that is influential within police and she has her family who can also easily help her with that. So, I don’t think going to the emperor was necessary. If she had other options I don’t see a point in going to him. It’s not like Emperor should personally attend to every crime committed in his country either, going to Nasar (who is kinda responsible for overseeing this stuff) seems more suitable that way too
