I forgot, i just saw this spoiler in different web. Just back read the comments i think someone comment a link for novels here
Hindi ko na gets yung last part, did you mean na Leo accepted the fact that she isn't just an extra anymore? Na siya na talaga yung anak ni Regina and the actual Leo in the story? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just guessing kasi diko gets HAHA(▰˘◡˘▰)

Regina will take revenge for herself.
When Pheleo’s wife Varia was pregnant and her due date was near by, I beleived the trial was held at that time where Leo’s biological father wanted to proved that Leo was his child but Pheleo’s people replaced the blood samples due to which the results wasn’t the one what he wanted. Leo and Pheleo both wanted to kill him, to protect himself he used the teleportation portal which was there inside the Palace which leads directly to the north. I believe he held Varia as a hostage as his bargaining chip. He reached the place where the Voleoti’s gurdian the black lion actually resides. There he informed Leo that Ragina’s fangs was tainted with revenge and hatred and he won’t be able to bless the soon to be born child with beast fangs if he doesn’t regains it in proper form. Ragina’s fangs finally killed the guy. For some time Leo was able to meet and communicate with Ragina’s soul where she accepted that she is not Ragina’s biological daughter and have came from different world. But Ragina’s accepted her as her child where Leo finally let go of her thoughts as an extra and that she doesn’t belong here.
One more extra details, when it comes to torture and taking actions, people feared Leo more that Pheleo and they also believed that she was more ruthless and heartless than Pheleo.
