Not really understanding and forgivng is different . He can understand but at the end parents choose to give birth and they are responsible for it till 18. And the way she acts desperate and happy now suddenly bringing his past request is the worst she could do.
I understand what you mean, I just meant that Inwoo should have his own agency to choose how he decides to respond to his mother at this point in his life. Even if, from an outsider perspective, what she has done is irreversible and irredeemable, if he chooses to reconcile with that, it is in a sense a kind of forgiveness
Naah no matter how much sad explanation author goves the damage is done ot can never be undone and she should own it forever and not forgiven （/TДT)/
