No. What he means by this statement is that he is glad that Alicia's isn't going through what he's going through. He is inlove with his sister who has 6 months left to live. Even if noah wanted, he knows he can't confess his feelings or be with Alicia cause that is his LITERAL SISTER. That shit is probably messing with his conscience.His feelings are messed up and probably very painful. So he is glad that Alicia isn't going through that.
