In the novel, he does.
Kinda does, but gets revived by the ml with some kind of plant after 3 years or whatever… it’s not a sad ending either. It’s open ending with both leads still dating but not married.
Bruh.... I just feel hella fucking sad reading this. Like why?! Why do I do this to myself knowing about the sad ending, it just hurts me.
It's not gonna get any better.
