I've seen the spoilers where he ends up with Hina (the annoying black hair girl), but to be honest? if this manga is going the 'straight' route like the novel, I think it's best if MC ends up with Shirousa; Formerly male reincarnated as a blonde ponytail braid girl with a little brother.
They are like opposite attractions, and there is a one-sided dislike between them. I think it will be cool to have them grow and help each other?
