yes!! maybe i was confused cuz I was speedreading the whole thing but it didnt make sense to me at all and i stopped myself from overanalyzing it cuz ik ill prolly be disappointed by the excuse. it's obv the creator's sad attempt to portray a villain moriarty image from a very righteous rudiger/heathcliffe. but oh well, he's handsome idrc about logic anymore
Finally caught up to date and I still can't get over the stupidity of the excuse the creator gave that make him stay silent and be misunderstood by Casey the detective.
