Chapter 44 around the end of this chapter it was mentioned. the timeline fits if you compare it to the current timeline of Alpha trauma in its early chapters.
it's four years there, but since 5 years has passed in the omega Complex timeline, it means there's about a year or so before they end up dating if my deduction is right.
the foreshadowing was lowkey intense lol it made my heart skip a beat.
