Hard to say, author never said they're fated mates but kloff is the one usually affected not aeroc, it's taking this lifetime for him to realize he imprinted on aeroc in the last lifetime when he didn't want him, but really he was running away from him cause he thought he was an alpha and he was traumatized by rich alphas in his school days so he thought he was no different
In first life he’s changed to omega because of the drugs, so second life, the destiny for him being an omega is still the same eventho he didn’t took any drugs :(((((
