I feel you, I get bored as well. I still continue to read them because if I know that I left something unfinished I can't sleep at night, but I just skim through, especially when it's a manhwa and the seme does a complete 180° character wise. I mean, with some enemies to lovers tropes the seme becomes a complete doormat
I think it's cuz it's just obvious now whatever plot is coming after the romance is
1. Dumb miscommunication
2. Some third guy/girl shows up for drama
