Well this one was off color but it was manhwa, if you are saying black and white means you are saying it was manga?

It's so much similar that I thought this is the one but unfortunately it's Not. The manga has a scene where the son saw his dad doing the butler on the table like from slightly open door, he was quite young at that time. And after his father death, he did the same thing that his father did on the same table with the butler.

It's a yaoi. There was a father, son and their butler. Son loves the butler but father was in physical relationship with the butler. Mid story I don't remember but in the ending ig father died and now son was in same kinda relationship with butler.
