She does? Even Methode comments on how cute Serie is (and Frieren). Frieren also canonically got compared to kids before too, so it's just implied that elves' bodies are often seen as rather childish. And with how short and cute they both are, I must agree with the perception.
What i like about serie is, even tho she has a body of a child, her face and demeanor screams otherwise. She has this aura of a sharp matureness befitting for someone who lived a very long life.
I wish they can write characters like this with long lives who doesn't act uwu, and t-t-tatabibito.
