In this monarchy it may be that the monarch's wife/husband is called the royal consort not queen/king as they do not carry the monarch's royal lineage. Similar to the British monarchy Queen Elizabeth ll husband is referred to as Prince Philip rather than King Philip as he married into the family and does not carry the monarch's blood.
