Yes, it was more brutal for Myungshin in the novel. There should be 1 last chapter for the manhwa saying what happened to him, but it is much lighter ending and he gets to have a job.

I want Myungshin to suffer and die just like Yoohan's brother, but worse. But also, I don't want him to be r4ped. I don't believe anyone deserves to be r4ped, unless they're r4pists themselves. So I'm glad the manhwa changed the ending a bit.
