Sooo this is my logic okay, how I understand it for myself
There are 2 ways
1.
Before a male turns into an omega, they don't have a reproductive organ.....i.e., when their still in their teens.
Omega's in omegaverse are fragile as glass(seriously most of them but some are power bottom or top omega)
When their in a teen age, their features aren't fully grown, but as time goes by and the child grows if his appearance is pretty, cute features,slim, not soo tall not soo tall...it is from that age they start developing a reproductive organ and when they reach a certain age, they bring out their true characteristics as an omega.
They contain both a pp and reproductive organ which is located inside the anus.
2.
Suddenly turn into an omega when they were an alpha or beta.
They turn into one when they have both half half characteristics of being a omega-alpha and omega-beta. A sudden rut of an alpha's pheromones can turn them into bringing out the omega in them even if they are an alpha or a beta.
Because ALPHA and OMEGA'S are destined to each other no matter what gender they may be. And an overdose or always being near alpha and smell their scene often can also turn them into one(idk what shit this is )

Am I the only one who hates mpreg, because of how it just doesn't make sense. How and why is someone shitting out their baby from the anus??? Why don't they have an extra hole?? And it doesn't make sense for men to have a penis AND sperm if they can't make someone pregnant and only can get pregnant (talking about omegaverse). It just doesn't make sense...
