Idk it still doesn't feel like they're in a romantic relationship.... It's still one-sided

I think the author did a great job in portraying the whole situation being too complex for a romantic relationship to happen on the get-go, but at the same time wrapping it up in a way that I don’t think feels one-sided at all! (spoiler) in the end, MC chooses ML and clarifies he is the most important figure in his life rn, and his choices that led to the accident emphasizes how even then MC had chosen what he did in consideration for ML—to not leave him behind the world as he was equally important, if not more to him than his sister
