Women are more than just a birth makers, so no they are not useless in omegaverse. They may be the background characters in a lot of the stories you're reading, but they still have personalities, feelings, fall in love, and make a family

Depending on what you read, if omegaserve is in the straight story, of course they are very useful.And of course there are many male and female couples . But if you read omegaserve in BL stories, the answer is women are useless. Because they focus on stories that relate to the same sex (men with men).
