If you know you don’t like someone romantically, why be in a relationship and lead them on? They were together for years, and all that time he didn’t have any real feelings for her. But once she breaks up and stops speaking to you, you come back wanting to be friends? To me, that’s completely selfish, just leave her alone atp.
