Or its a misunderstanding trope some kind of tragic dieng even happens to fl and she goes back in time eventually knowing that ml is actually planning to take her as empress
Or it could be the misunderstanding trope without the tragic time travel

its basically like Remarried Empress but the roles are switched with Rashta(Agnes) being the FL and the fiancé (Charlotte's) is the villainess so just so you know the ML(emperor/Lennox) he's a sick fucking. He basically plays with fiancé (Charlotte) emotions to make Agnes jealous. Also Agnes know he has a fiance but this bitch still fucks with him ohh almost forgot she was also like a friend toward Charlotte so yeah they are both fucking sick. IDK why author decide to fuck up Charlotte character and make her a villainess. If your a person that like affairs or is a pro cheater go a head and read it. btw I don't know if they will keep the og plot or if they will change stuff up cause anytime a novel is adapted they always mess something up so take my spoilers with a grain of salt

trust me the ML wanted Charlotte to be the empress and FL to be the concubine/mistress it's basically he wants his cake and enjoy it type of saying. The way how I see it the ML want someone to carry the empress burden and not make FL carry it so he's basically using Charlotte but the fact he fucking played with her feeling just doesn't sit right with me and my fucking god if I can beat both the motherfuckers(FL&ML) up I will do it with my fucking wok and frying pan. I also didn't like that FL was a friend with Charlotte and still fucks the ML-like bro he is Charlotte's fiancé. To make matters worse Charlotte didn't do any funny/dirty business like what the (ML&FL) did. My morality will plummet if i read this shit because I'm pretty sure the people that gonna read this webtoon will be like ohh "ML is so sweet towards FL" and they will completely ignore Charlotte because she is the side character it's basically like that other webtoon "cry, or better yet, beg" they did the same shit to the fiancé making her to be the bad guy it makes no sense cause she wasn't openly cheating like the ML she was actually loyal. Look all that I'm saying it made no sense to make the fiancé the bad guy when they didn't even cheat on the trash bastard.
