I'm not sure you understand xenophobia. It's not just hating a foreigner, it's hating people because they're foreigners. Even if you've been wronged by some individuals, nothing justifies treating a group of people like they're inferior. To be clear, this isn't about the story.
There's a difference between xenophobia to someone that has does nothing wrong, and to someone that has and this falls under something wrong.
