Ohh!! After reading this story about a year ago, i was mesmerized by amish people and researched on them youtube and google, but I never find anything like your impression of them, could you tell me more?
Well I’m black American so our cultures never really connected that much but I would just see them pull up to the grocery store in a horse and buggy(which are actually really advanced). I think they’re really kind just ignorant because of being closed off. And the men have really long beards because they aren’t allowed to cut their them. I really know as much as the average person would
Though as someone who was born in Pennsylvania its weird to see. Yes its common to see an Amish person every 4-6 month wondering around if your lucky. But there are some inaccuracies that im not gonna blame the creator for. Though I can’t get over the fact the some Amish have notoriously bad hygiene. My mind was stuck on that the entire time. But this and gene are really good and heart warming
