TL;DR: a bit of ranting since ending was disappointing. 1st story half: 7/10, latter half: 3/10 and that’s being generous.
WTF was that ending? So it just ends like that?
The ending arc was so rushed as hell..
We never got to see the Poison Dragon do much after hyping him up a bit due to his betrayal, and then suddenly for him to end up like that is just sad.
The dark heaven leader was also such a bullshit character that had no significant background story and was just OP because screw the readers. Not to mention the power up the MC got at the end was so jarring and it was out of nowhere. The Sword Demon scene was also so scuffed, so he also got a bs power up out of a sudden, how convenient.
And sadly enough, we never get to see who the MC ends up with, so there’s that… tho it’s so cute that Small Ghost gets to ‘live’ again.
What a disappointment since I liked the first half of the story until it all became mediocre and turned to mush in the end.
