Isn’t it a manhwa? The art style isn’t very manga-like it looks more like a WEBTOON to be honest. I’ve seen colored manga before but they usually don’t look like this. Not saying that they all have to look the same but you can usually tell right from the get go. Also the reading format is left to right not right to left. Correct me if I’m wrong though.
If we're talking about country of origin, it IS a manga. Japanese authors/artists have been deliberately making work done in this style to enter the webtoon/manhwa market. The art style and reading setup is intentional. Samples of other titles from Japan:

Cover fooled me. A little sad because I thought this was a manga but it turned out to be a manhwa
