Idk the specific encoding scheme that was used but Unicode has various encodings that could be used (UTF8, UTF16, for example) and all these characters boil down to a bunch of 0s and 1s. Depending on the scheme, these 0s and 1s get grouped differently (eg groups of 8, 16, 32, etc) and these set of numbers in a group could translate differently. Sorry if it’s still confusing! If I knew the scheme I’d probably be able to explain it better ( ; ; )
Can anyone explain how the jp user decoded the garbled text
