The author choosing to make it have less chapters instead of more was not a good decision here because everything felt so rushed, if they had just slowed down with the pacing it would be a completely different read. Secondly again with the drugging and rape thing, this trope is tired let it rest. I think the mc and ml do have some good moments but they aren’t capitalized on and ml never apologizes for what he did? The art is soooo stunning I’m just disappointed that their relationship wasn’t built up as much as it could have been bc if I’m being honest I think I would actually like they way their romance developed if it actually got the chance to develop.
