I think you can associate the uke wanting to be born in spring as renewal or rebirth. So in a sense, he'll wait for the teacher and restart all over again (I'll assume the seme is born somewhere around winter) winter is the opposite of spring; feelings of struggles and being 'stuck', which may refer to the uke's amnesia and the accident.
So maybe if he was born during spring the accident may not happened? Idk man
