I own the art book + the whole 17 volumes edition (since I loved the art on the covers, there's also a 10 volume edition). The way she draws her characters so meticulously and with thought and intent is fascinating. I saw an old interview she did when she worked on Otherworldly Barbara I recon where she described her progress and how each stroke was meant to represent something, some kind of emotion.
She has a rare talent for creating art and stories that carry so much meaning and I think it's a big act of respect to translate it so people of foreign languages (not being Japanese) can enjoy her work as well!
