Are you using an apple device maybe? If you are, you need an android device to download the chapters or download an app called DOCUMENTS for apple and download it from there. You will be able to view the file on your apple device.

I don't have much experience nor do I really know how to begin but I'm majoring in Graphic design so I have a lot of programs that I could use and I'm willing to learn how to clean the pages.
