Idk if these are really like this one, but I know a few that have really good art and stories (at least imo)
The Ghost's Nocturne - historical/supernatural between underworld royalty and a human noble who is being tormented by ghosts. It turns more green flag eventually, but it does start with rape fyi.
Painter Behind the Curtain - historical (but in a European setting) with a painter and a con artist. It's been a really long time since I read it, but I remember it started toxic but had a very gripping story.
Anenome Theater - set in 1980s Korea between a straight-A student with an abusive and homophobic father and a rebellious painter who works at a theater which turns into a gay cruising spot at night.
Stranger than Friends - childhood friends start hooking up, but with some very affective angst mixed in
Cold Blooded Beast - I can't say too much because spoilers, but an office worker believes his boss who he had a crush on died, but one night he meets him in the street, only to see him transform into a snake
Salty Lust - If you're up for something kind of goofy that also has a good story, then this one is good. It's about a horny, obsessive alien and a normal human mechanic in the future.
Max Mojave's Case Files - Criminal x Normal guy in college. I think it's also set in the 80s, but in the US
Antidote - this one is ongoing so I don't know 100% that it will be good, but I am really liking it so far. It's set in a fictional kingdom and follows a nobleman-turned-slave who has lost a chunk of his memory and meets a man who he was in love with before he lost his memories.

If you like the modern rich people type setting, then Odd Love and Cry Like a River are good too and they have really nice art.
Also Limited Run, but sometimes the story felt slow to me.

Yeah I've got a couple. Some of these have art that I still think is good, but is definitely more simple than my other recs.
Full Moon Alchemist - Alchemist and a nobleman who's cursed to turn into a child at night (ongoing)
Hotel Pharus - Set in like the 1930s? I think? Around there. A man inherits the hotel where he lived as a child only to find it has spoooooky secrets. Including handsome guest who he is told to keep an eye on.
Pfeos - An escaped slave finds passage to the south on a boat manned by a band of criminals.
Moonlight/Lunacy - An imperial knight x manipulative heir to the throne (ongoing)
The Rogue Prince is Secretly an Omega - The crown prince is sickly due to being forced by his mother to hide his Omega status. Some factions want another duke, who became prominent in the military, to become emperor instead, but that Duke has been in love with the crown prince since childhood.
This is actually so good I'm so glad I read this it's rare to have manhwa with good story, plot, good art unlike other manhwa I love it so much probably the best one I have ever read If y'all know something like this with good art please let me know okay
