Yea I get you but he wouldn’t have been happy if he stayed in that position so if anything those kinda people that does that sacrifice they’re selves and get married to people that they don’t love and have to have kids with them, I feel like that’s worse but I get what you mean
i dont like when they give up their title and position, ive read a few like that and i get how its sweet but idk i would be very upset and fell guilty if my partner chose a life of poverty to be with me
