Yeah he is the only one feeling it cause it's with his energy wavelength(like the ability which can spreading your sense to watch surroundings in most action manhwa).ML noticed cause he just felt white haired guy energy(not clearly see like white haired guy though cause that's white haired guy's special ability).And MC didn't know cause right now MC is someone who didn't even know his wavelength.I don't like that too.In this story,seems like there's no decent espers.Always looking the guide with the eyes with hony and possessive traits:))
Omg it's exactly as you say, all the espers are like sex offenders fr... And they're powerful, just imagine all the shit they could do... Poor MC :(
