I was thinking the same thing!! Maybe the title is because Fin THOUGHT Isac was a psychopath? Or else, it would only make sense if she was a psychopath, which honestly, I can see it happening. Isac is not psychopath, he doesn't have the vibe neither the personality of a psychopath
I think Finn is a psychopath too.
And I'm hoping for it, cause no way Isacc is one, AND I NEED THE TITLE TO MAKES SENSE
