i think there are a lot of gay guys who read yaoi, we just dont say it cause its kinda embarrassing. this is random, but in high school there was this gay guy who literally wore a hat that said yaoi on it. i didn't even realize it said that until people (including straight guys) started talking about it

Um...actually I don't think reading yaoi depends on whether you are gay , bi , or straight . Moreover even if they read they'll read which are more focused in homosexuality and problems of a gay person he follows after getting out of the closet . Not some stupid random yaois . Then theres a genre called bara which actually for gay men .
