Maybe they were too scared to or actually more logically, the doctor said that they had already given him brain scans but the results came back normal, so maybe they didn't have any official reason to send him to psych evaluations
It’s honestly astounding how, given how he’s acted the entire time he was in the hospital, the doctor never once ordered any psych evaluations or had him meet with a psychiatrist/psychologist.
