No harem. The girls are all cool and likeable, either his comrades or subordinates. The MC do get one love interest from the tower in ch100+ but the romance isn't stereotypical and it doesn't ruin the plot or dynamic at all
Did they turn this shit into a harem or are the girls just his friends and are not hitting on him or being weight to MC?
