Basically, mcs younger twin is supposed to be dating(?) the older twin seme. But then they call it a fling/friends with benefits, but other times they say boyfriend. So I have no idea what their relationship is actually supposed to be. And there are scenes where older twin seme is doing sexual acts with random people during the time hes still supposed to be in the relationship with mcs brother.

What mc and younger twin seme have is more of a real relationship I think, (younger twin seme was also pretending to be his older twin but they all find out pretty early on) but mc has two sexual moments with the older twin seme during this time (blowjob + rape). Everyones kind of a red flag tbh. Also the younger twin of mc seems to not care if mc has a thing with the seme twins
