They game of throwned that sorry. A very slow parce at first then suddenly everyobe moves so fast it is almost as if the characters teleport.
It is a good case of character moving the plot vs the plot moving the character. The latter is never good for a story.

Why does none of the arcs last? Everything gets done within a few chapters. That gives the characters no depth and room to grow.
Plus if someone's reading this and knows the story please spoil it for me.
