I wish we could get more stories that stick with focusing on the MC being able to have her own version of a happy normal life with her chosen family (blood related or not). I want to see them be able to have a support system who sticks by them without having unending trauma thrown their way as a plot device or needing to establish themselves as “useful” just to be cared for ╥﹏╥
This is a childcare trope so it will be about "family" ofcourse. The drama, the flow of the story, the emotions it intends to evoke are all about it. We all know by now Hella's past. I don't know about the others but I see people like me who are rooting for her to have a chance of a normal happy life. ;)
